Refunds and cancellation

The rule is simple: if the catalogue is not what you expected, you get your money back, and you do not have to argue for it.

Fourteen days, no reason needed

Within fourteen days of a first payment, ask and the payment is refunded in full. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to prove you barely used it. This matches the withdrawal right EU consumers have by law, and it is offered to everyone regardless of where they are.

Why the free plan exists

So that nobody has to rely on a refund to find out whether this works for them. Five copies a month is enough to ship something and see. Use it first.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your account page. Access continues to the end of the term already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. A two-month term cancelled in week one still runs its two months.

Renewals

A plan renews at the end of its term. A reminder goes out before an annual renewal, because a yearly charge nobody expected is the kind of thing that makes people distrust a business, and it is easily avoided.

If a renewal caught you out

Say so within thirty days of the charge and it is refunded. This is not a right you have to invoke carefully; it is offered because charging somebody for a year they did not want is not a sale worth keeping.

What is not refunded

A term that has already run its full length and was used. Beyond that there is no fine print here to find.
