Anything at all

hello@neddev.ui

Support, billing, a component that does not work, a licence claim, a refund, or a question about whether you may use something in a project. There is no ticket system to fight and no tiered queue.

Reporting a licence problem

Same address, and it goes to the front of the queue. The takedown page says what to include and what happens next.

Reporting a broken component

Useful to know: the component's name, your framework version, and what happened instead. The catalogue runs an audit that mounts every component and records what rendered, so a report usually turns into either a fix or an honest note that it needs something the sandbox cannot give it.

Response time

Within two working days for anything, faster for a licence claim or a refund. If that ever stops being true, this line changes rather than staying here as decoration.
